1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 666zk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 666zk website located at https://666zk.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by 666zk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

666zk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the 666zk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 666zk or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. 666zk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete the verification process may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 666zk immediately by contacting our customer support team. 666zk will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

666zk employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring to protect your account. However, no security system is completely infallible, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 666zk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 666zk accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• Transaction Fees: 666zk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which 666zk accepts no responsibility.

666zk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and the relevant account will be terminated.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

666zk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-type restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• 666zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the terms of any bonus or promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in matched betting — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account termination.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666zk Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 666zk staff members.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs must be reported immediately and will be voided.

7 Responsible Gaming

666zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to seek help if they feel that their gaming is becoming problematic.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 666zk. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666zk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

666zk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 666zk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

666zk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

666zk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 666zk's customer support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided under Philippine law.

13 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 666zk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
